Return Process

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and swing tags are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your parcel off at any Australia Post location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
